Free shipping across New Zealand. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 8-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Not completely happy? You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Contact us at contact.skinoracare@gmail.com and we'll sort it out — unused masks in original packaging qualify for a full refund.

If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, we'll replace it free of charge.
